Support & FAQ
Need help with PromptPocket? You're in the right place.
The fastest way to reach us is by email. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
When emailing, please include: your iOS version, the App version (Settings → About → Version), and a clear description of the problem.
Tap the floating + button on the Home tab, fill in the title and body, optionally pick a category, then save.
Wrap any placeholder in curly braces, e.g. {topic}. When you copy a prompt that contains variables, the App will ask you to fill them in first, then copy the completed text to your clipboard.
Yes. PromptPocket is offline-first. All your prompts are stored on your device and remain accessible without an internet connection. When you sign in to a free account, prompts also sync to the cloud so you can use them across multiple devices.
From the prompt list, select the prompts you want to share, tap Share Pack, and send the link. When your friend taps the link, the App opens and offers to import the pack. If they don't have the App yet, the link page guides them to install it.
Pricing is shown in the App on the paywall screen, in your local currency. Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → PromptPocket → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
Open the App, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, sign out and back in, or email us with your transaction ID.
In the App: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your prompts, categories, and account record from our servers within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple.
Locally on your device, and (for signed-in users) on Google Firebase. See the Privacy Policy for details.
No. We do not use your prompts or any other content to train any model.
If the App can't sign you in or sync, check whether Firebase is having an outage. We'll post anything app-specific to our email list and on this page.
