Calboor ("we," "our," or "us") operates the AImHigh mobile application (the "App") and the website at aimhigh.canburaktumer.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our services.
By using AImHigh, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you sign up using Google Sign-In, we receive and store:
- Email address
- Display name
- Profile picture URL
- Google account identifier
1.2 User-Generated Content
As you use the App, we collect and store content you create:
- Goals: Goal titles, categories, target dates, and AI-generated strategies
- Daily Actions: Task descriptions, completion status, and dates
- Journal Entries: Reflection text you write and AI-generated mood analysis
- Chat Messages: Conversations with the AI coach
- Feedback: Task completion feedback you provide
1.3 Gamification Data
- Experience points (XP) and level progression
- Streak counts and badge achievements
- Analytics data (completion rates, heatmaps)
1.4 Device and Technical Information
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token for push notifications
- Timezone setting
- App version and device type
1.5 Subscription Information
- Subscription status (free, trial, active, expired)
- Plan type (weekly, monthly, yearly)
- RevenueCat subscriber identifier
We do not collect or store your payment card details, bank account information, or billing address. All payment processing is handled directly by Google Play and RevenueCat.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Service: Generate AI strategies, create daily micro-actions, analyze journal mood, and power coach chat
- Personalize Your Experience: Adapt task difficulty based on your completion history, tailor AI coaching to your goals and progress
- Send Notifications: Deliver morning task reminders, evening check-ins, and weekly digest summaries at appropriate times for your timezone
- Gamification: Calculate XP, update streaks, award badges, and track level progression
- Analytics: Generate your personal progress reports, heatmaps, and completion trends
- Manage Subscriptions: Verify entitlements, process trial periods, and handle subscription status changes
- Improve the Service: Understand usage patterns to enhance features and fix issues
3. AI Data Processing
AImHigh uses Google Gemini AI to power several features. When you use these features, relevant data is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing:
- Goal Strategy Generation: Your goal title, timeline, current level, available time, and motivation
- Daily Action Generation: Your goal strategy, completion history, and streak data
- Journal Analysis: Your journal entry text (for mood scoring and empathetic response)
- Coach Chat: Your message, recent chat history, and goal context
- Weekly Digest: Weekly completion statistics
Important: Your data sent to Google Gemini is processed to generate responses and is not used by Google to train or improve their AI models. We send only the minimum data necessary for each feature to function.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the App:

5. Data Retention
- Active Account: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Account Deletion: When you request account deletion, we will delete all your personal data, including goals, actions, journal entries, chat history, and gamification data within 30 days.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no activity for 24 months may be flagged for deletion. We will notify you via email before taking any action.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS
- Database is hosted on Supabase with encryption at rest
- Authentication uses industry-standard JWT tokens with configurable expiration
- API endpoints are protected with authentication and authorization checks
- Cron-triggered endpoints are secured with shared secrets
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Opt-Out of Notifications: Disable push notifications via your device settings or by removing your FCM token in the App

8. Children's Privacy
AImHigh is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States (where Google Cloud and Gemini API are hosted). We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
- Sending a push notification or email for significant changes
