These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AImHigh mobile application ("App") and related services operated by Calboor ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using AImHigh, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access AImHigh. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

AImHigh offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial, you have access to all premium features. No payment is required to start the trial.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through:

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

AImHigh, including its design, code, features, content, branding, and AI systems, is owned by Calboor and protected by intellectual property laws. The AImHigh name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of Calboor.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within AImHigh (goals, journal entries, chat messages, feedback). By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Strategies, action plans, and other AI-generated content created for you through the App may be used by you for personal purposes. However, you may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit AI-generated content at scale.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the integrity of the service. We will provide notice when possible.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Data deletion will follow the timeline specified in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability and indemnification) shall remain in effect.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AImHigh at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
