Subscriptions are managed by the app store. On Android, open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AImHigh → Cancel. On iOS, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AImHigh → Cancel.
Email us at developer@canburaktumer.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. Remember to cancel your subscription through the app store separately.
Make sure your device has an active Google account added in Settings → Accounts and that Google Play Services is up to date. If the problem persists, try signing out of your Google account on the device and signing back in, then restart AImHigh.
New daily actions are generated each day at midnight in your device’s local timezone. If actions look stale, pull down on the Today screen to force a refresh. If the issue continues, check your internet connection and try again.
Check that notifications are enabled for AImHigh in your device settings (Settings → Apps → AImHigh → Notifications on Android; Settings → Notifications → AImHigh on iOS). Also make sure Do Not Disturb is not blocking the app. If notifications were recently disabled, re-enabling them may require relaunching the app once.

Yes. Sign in with the same Google account on each device and your goals, progress, and streak will sync automatically.
Streaks are calculated based on UTC midnight. If you complete actions close to midnight, a timezone difference may cause the completion to register on the wrong day. If you believe this is a bug, email us with your account email and the date(s) affected.
